Cars Land!!

March 18 2013  3 a.m. Dawn rolled up to my house, I got in. "what are you doing here so early?" I asked. "Well Father, it's Monday and Spring break, you're up and so am I, so lets go to Disneyland and see Brenda and Cassie." was Dawns reply.

Let The Travel Begin.



We drove through the morning, and as we took the Riverside exit, we were wondering if there was a fire somewhere, because there sure was a lot of smoke.

Turned out, there was a lot of fog, not smoke. That was a relief, press on!

We reached Disney land about 9:30 a.m. did a power walk from the parking lot to the ticket booth, and by 10 we were in the park. A quick text to Brenda to tease her that we were there, and her reply was, "we are just leaving the hotel." Great, we can have some fun with her and do a little hide and seek before she gets here. We got in line for Radiator Springs Racers, and had already been caught by Brenda and Cassie, They were leaving the Tower of Terror HOTEL. when they texted us.

The new racers are a blast, unfortunately the line is 2 hours, so only one ride today, Three on California screaming, Tower of Terror, Maters crazy ride, Ariel's underwater adventure, drew a couple of pictures, had a corn dog, (delicious). Had a great time, even said hi to Mickey!

OK 7 p.m. Monday March 18 2013, getting tired, and hungry, over to Red Robin for dinner.

Burger for Dawn, Chicken Sammich for Mike, Clucks and Riblets for Cassie and Chicken Salad for Brenda.
8:30 p.m., tummies full, jump in the car head East, and Back home. Hit the bed at 3 a.m. Tuesday Morning. a few hours sleep and off to work.
Really all that in just 24 hours? Yep!  Oh, Brenda, Say hi to Arnold, sorry we missed him.
